I'm not convinced Hu Jintao belongs on the list. I mean first I'm not sure it is fair to call him a dictator, and second I would choose to live in China over some of those countries below him. |

He has forcibly displaced 400,000 people for the 2008 Olympics alone, and to do so he is destroying historic hoo-tongs. Many people are jailed and tortured on slim evidence. And he is unelected ruler of the most populous country in the world. He definitely belongs in the top ten. |

Iran have moved into divison one,Turkmenistan and Equatorial Guinea seem to always be battling for relegation, my money's on a two horse race between mugabe and kim for this year's coveted title. |

I was surprised not to see him HIGHER on the list
Just keep that flow of western investment ( including English language teachers ) coming.
