When you're doing cardio in the gym, who gets you through your workout?
For me it's Aerosmith or Led Zeppelin. I just love working out to Kashmir.

I have a selection of obscure 90s techno-dance pop music I like to blast at full volume.

When I run I love surf guitar music. Otherwise I just listen to talk radio.

Either the Grateful Dead or 50's-60's Blue Note Hard Bop...but of course, those are my favorite kinds of music at any time, regardless of whether I'm working out or not.
