I had a KEP bill for 170,000 won. Damn.

Can anyone top this staggering figure?

i'm pretty certain only people from british columbia call it hydro. forgive me if i'm wrong.

The parents now live in Ontario, and it is called hydro in their area also. I don't know if ALL Canadians use that term, but nobody south of the border does.

Twelve years ago (i.e. the last time I was home), it was called hydro in Nova Scotia...

Thank goodness, because I was thinking hydro = water, and if you have shocking water bills, you really have a problem, unless there's an above-ground pool on your balcony...
