I had a KEP bill for 170,000 won. Damn.
Can anyone top this staggering figure?

The parents now live in Ontario, and it is called hydro in their area also. I don't know if ALL Canadians use that term, but nobody south of the border does. |

Thank goodness, because I was thinking hydro = water, and if you have shocking water bills, you really have a problem, unless there's an above-ground pool on your balcony... |
