That's an incomplete phone number. If it's really only been an hour since he went in, the best thing is for you to do just sit tight for a while longer. Hospital care can be faster here than in the States, but things still take time. The hospital will be taking good care of him--you don't need to worry about that. I was at the hospital just the other day, and since I was a foreigner, they guided me everywhere I needed to go and made sure I saw all the right people. Plus, most of the people I met spoke English.

Most doctors know some English. They learn the English names for body parts, diseases, etc.

Also, from my experiences, Korean hospitals are pretty good. The corner doctor's office may be a bit sketchy, but hospitals are solid.
