That's an incomplete phone number. If it's really only been an hour since he went in, the best thing is for you to do just sit tight for a while longer. Hospital care can be faster here than in the States, but things still take time. The hospital will be taking good care of him--you don't need to worry about that. I was at the hospital just the other day, and since I was a foreigner, they guided me everywhere I needed to go and made sure I saw all the right people. Plus, most of the people I met spoke English. |

Most doctors know some English. They learn the English names for body parts, diseases, etc.
Also, from my experiences, Korean hospitals are pretty good. The corner doctor's office may be a bit sketchy, but hospitals are solid. |
