Yes, exercise and diet is important; no, it can't save everyone.
One of the deepest depressions I've had in my life came at a time that I was living the healthiest lifestyle (of my life at least): I was skateboarding regularly and eating nothing but fresh, organic, and mostly locally grown veggies fruits and nuts with the occasional salmon steak. I was still deeply depressed and had major social anxieties.
I still think exercise is vital to a healthy life and mind. |
