You have revealed me as an impostor in the knowledge of english.

I had vanity in mind and that resulted in a misconception.

Vain it is, and I stand corrected and humiliated.

Be my friend.

I like to be praised and at least you demonstrate humour.

Tell something about yourself, where you are living, occupation, how much knowledge you have of english etc.

Hi!
Well, I am living in Bulgaria, studying Informatics and having a kind of strange knolwedge in English. I mean that I don't know many words, but I have a sort of feeing for that language. Sometimes I feel as if it is flowing through my veins instead of Bulgarian. But my grammar and language structure are somehow old, even archaic. Anyway, what about your knowledge?

I was taught french, german and english supplying my mothertongue danish before I went to school.

School and university education lasted 18 years.

30 years I practised medicine. In retirement I worked for 2 years in a lepercolony.

Knowledge as I spell it.

Well, you seem to be a respectable man, although a bit conservative:)
As to me, I have various interests in various fields but I suppose that the main works of my life are going to be in the fields of computers and hermetism;)
Generally I can believe in anything, if I choose to. And I don't keep any belief for more than a month. Every new month I have a new idea of the world. That's a funny thing and sometimes puts me under the impression that stupidity must be haunting the mansion of my skull;)
Anyway, what are your interests at present. I would like to find someone with whom I can have good and mutual discussions. I tried talking on religion topics but most people in this forum are muslims and never try to understand what I am saying. They just keep on repeating that Allah is the only God and that's all. Well, they may be right, but I hate it when I say something and no one pays any attention to it.

The last 2 years I have been much occupied by the computer, and first now I manage this system rather uncomplicated.

In a garbagebin I found a biography by Anthony Holden about Sir Laurence Olivier, a famous english actor, the reading of which is for the moment a great fascination to me.

Now I am tired, but I would like to keep up the correspondence.
