I think swimming is definitely the best sports to make yourself healthy. The most important thing is that swimming is cool, you won't get hot. It is also a good way to keep fit too. It consumes a lot of energy! |

Swimming is one of the sports that actually exercises all your muscles in your body. It is a very good method to train your body's stamina.

The elderly do and are able to swim. For some seniors who aren't able to swim, they are encouraged to do water aerobics. It is almost identical to normal aerobics, just that it is done in water. An instructor would be standing by the edge of the pool (usually) and instructing his/her class. It is really enjoyable and it's really good for the body.

ken, i agree with you swimming is so healty but you should never give up swimming.if you stop, you'll begin to put on weight.. i know because i 'm experienced about it  |

I think swimming is good not only our body but also our mind
Swimming also has an effect of relaxed, I think. |
