Japanese food is great, I have to agree on that. I currently enjoy eating Soba. Cooking Japanese dishes interests me as well.

And tukemono is things like a kimchi in Korea Idea

Do you like a　natto? When I eat a natto I mix them well. Natto is good for health. I like "tofu"and "soy milk",too. Very Happy

I usually make a tofu from a soy milk. It is very easy and very delicious!! Very Happy

hello! I'm a college student in Japan. I like japanese food very much,
Especially natto. There are several way to eat natto. I introduce some of that. Usually, I eat it with raw egg or spring onion and soy sauce,
and this is the most popular way. But some people eat it with kinchi!!
I tried this way, but I don't like it very much. Another way is to put natto into miso soup and chinese fried rice. These way are very delicious!! If you know anothere way to eat natto, please tell me.
