Japanese food is great, I have to agree on that. I currently enjoy eating Soba. Cooking Japanese dishes interests me as well.

Hello. I'm Kazuya. I'm a Japanese university student. I like Japanese food too. For example, sushi, sasimi, okonomiyaki, takoyaki, youkann ichigodaiffuku. Do you knou all of these food?

For example, umebosi, tukemono,onigiri, miso soup, sushi, sashimi and so on.
Do you know umebosi and tukemono Question
Umebosi is sour flavor Shocked
And tukemono is things like a kimchi in Korea Idea
Vegetables are used Exclamation
For example, there are pickled Chinese cabbage , cucumber, and so on Wink
Umebosi and tukemono go well with rice Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy
Very very delicious Wink
You should try it Wink

I like Japanese food,too. Ilike a "natto" Very Happy Do you like a natto? When I eat a natto I mix them well. Natto is good for health. I like "tofu"and "soy milk",too. Very Happy Wink I usually make a tofu from a soy milk. It is very easy and very delicious!! Very Happy Wink Please you try to make it!!

hello! I'm a college student in Japan. I like japanese food very much,
Especially natto. There are several way to eat natto. I introduce some of that. Usually, I eat it with raw egg or spring onion and soy sauce,
and this is the most popular way. But some people eat it with kinchi!!
I tried this way, but I don't like it very much. Another way is to put natto into miso soup and chinese fried rice. These way are very delicious!! If you know anothere way to eat natto, please tell me.
