what does ct mean in the following sentence?
ROTELLA'S HAMBURGER BUNS 8 CT. $2.09
is it a kind of measurement?
with what other food types is ct. used with? |

I'm not sure what the ct stands for, possibly count.
It means there are 8 hamburger buns in the package. You may also see the same reference to individually wrapped cheese slices. |
