Quote:
It's not that young women hate kids. But around 32, they've become accustomed to an independent life. Days are spent working at a bank or playing tennis and the piano. And nights are filled with fun in Tokyo's countless restaurants and bars.

In the above what does 'It's not that young women hate kids.' mean?
Can you parapharse it and also explain to me why grammatically.?

And can 'It's not that young women hate kids.' be replaced with 'It's not for young women to hate kids.'?

Thanks.

"It's not that..." is usually followed by some kind of contrasting statement beginning with but, however, or a similar word. The meaning is "It's not true that..." or "It's not the case that..."

For example, if my friend thinks that I don't want to go to a party with him, I might say, "It's not that I don't want to go with you, but I have to wake up at 7:00 AM tomorrow morning."
