Hi,
i found when reading some official letters that someone used
Quote:
/at, /lg, /af, /OWT
after their initials just a line below signatures.
For example:
Sincerely yours,
Ben D Johnson
Managing Director

BDJ/at
cc Fred Perklins

What do they stand for Mad

Thanks

Why don't you check the acronymfinder and see if you can figure out what they mean based on the context of the letter.

In your sample letter, you have

BDJ/at

If that is what your question is about, then BDJ are the initials of the person who created the letter (Ben D Johnson--notice, capital letters for the boss!) and at are the initials of the person who typed the letter (Ann Thompson? Alex Tipton? Audrey Talent?)
