Hi,
i found when reading some official letters that someone used
| Quote: |
| /at, /lg, /af, /OWT |
after their initials just a line below signatures.
For example:
Sincerely yours,
Ben D Johnson
Managing Director
BDJ/at
cc Fred Perklins
What do they stand for
Thanks |

Why don't you check the acronymfinder and see if you can figure out what they mean based on the context of the letter. _________________ I'm never going to learn if you don't correct my mistakes! |

In your sample letter, you have
BDJ/at
If that is what your question is about, then BDJ are the initials of the person who created the letter (Ben D Johnson--notice, capital letters for the boss!) and at are the initials of the person who typed the letter (Ann Thompson? Alex Tipton? Audrey Talent?) |
