hi
i read ur problem.
i know it may be a very difficult problem for u
then, i'll tell u to solve it.
First, Never think about extreme hungry diet.
it'll spoil ur health!
if u do, u'll get hungry before long!!
then u'll eat very much (Judged from my experience)
so, what do u have to do?
i think u had better not eat after p.m. 6:00.
To do so is not only bad for ur diet , but also bad for ur sound sleep.
Second, Exercise regularly!
i think exercising is tiresome.
but there is nothing good for ur diet but exercising!
for instance, jogging, walking, jumping rope and so on.
um.. that's all!
i hope it'll be helpful for ur problem!

Hi-
My mother is one of great poeple who lose weight successfully.
She is exercise regularly. She always go to the park and walk a little fast for 2 hours.
and She only drink some milk for dinner.
She losed weight 5kg for 2 months.
I don't think not to eat anything is good.
So You have to eat breakfast and lunch(not too much). and You'd better eat milk or some fruits instead of not eating.
If you follow my advice, you will be a beautiful woman  |

I'm korean.
First you must not eating nothing and taking medicine.
Eating nothing is very dangerous for our health.
Taking medicine is doctors say some medicine is a killer.
Exercise regularly, and you'll feel good about yourself.

I think you should walk more than 30 minutes.You do not need to endure eating.It is necessary to eat religiously. |

I heard from a friend that the most effective diet is the one that suits your blood type. One diet that works well with one person may not be good with another. That's because they have different blood types. Good luck.  |

I also planned to go on a diet for this winter vacation!!
I think it is very important to think positively that I can do it!
And don't be stressful, just enjoy it!
The short term diet is not good for your health, and even though
you loosed your weight you might put on weight again.
And it is a must to do excersize~!!
Remember, just enjoy~

eat less and do more exercises
it seems easy but i really know the difficulity to reach.
i think that take a walk after dinner is very useful.

Healthful diet is very difficult.
If you eat foods too small, you will broke your health.
Exercise is the best way
Do you like some sports
If you like sports, you go on o diet enjoyable.
If you don't like sports, why don't you make a trip with your friend  |
