Hey! I cannot believe that a future monk is advising me to have sex? Are you kidding me? Confused

If not, that is great! I mean, it is difficult to find someone who wants to be a monk or a nun! It is just that I have no idea about how do these people feel before decide they want to be monks or nun? Do they feel the same way as anybody else?
